Dramaturge for Memphis, the Musical

I'm happy to announce I will be serving as Dramaturge for Memphis, the musical opening at Parkland College in April 2018 directed by Jeff Dare.  It is a challenging historical moment of music, race, cultural crossover and appropriation and I look forward to helping bring depth to this energetic musical.  

Volunteer of the Year for Prairie Rivers Network

I'm excited and honored to be selected as one of the Volunteers of the Year during the 50th Anniversary year of Prairie Rivers Network.  I, along with Kate McDowell and Amy Hassinger were selected for helping to "tell the PRN story" during this year's activities.   Thanks to PRN for all they do! Glo Heart: Displaced Lullaby

Serving as collaborative director for Glo-Heart: Displaced Lullaby with School for Designing a Society.  Susan Parenti and Mark Enslin have written a script based on Faranak Mariftab's book Global Heartland about immigrant labor experiences in the midwest.
