For Colored Girls… (Arts-Based Dialogue)

From September 2018-May 2019, Karen Crawford Simms and I are co-leading an arts-based dialogue for women of color for which Ntozake Shange's For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf is the impetus.  Once per month we gather, share a light meal, and ponder the text and the imagery.

Quantum Voyages (Re-Mix)

Last year Latrelle Bright (Theatre) and Smitha Vishveshwara (Physics) devised QUANTUM VOYAGES, a new theatre piece about the quantum world that premiered in March of 2018 for our Nobel Laureate Sir Tony Leggett's 80th birthday celebration at the University of Illinois followed by a performance at The Beckman Institute.
